I have finally managed to do a good eating plan, I no longer crave or fancy to eat chips, chocolates, biscuits, etc. I didnt know that this will ever be possible but it is, I no longer have cravings. I do eat 1 ice cream a week, 2 squeres of chocolate every now and then, I have my eggs with butter in the morning and bread, I eat much less than 3 months ago, my portion sizes have changed a lot as well as the quality of food, I have very little meat and my diet is mainly fruit, vegies, good carbs and healthy fats. Exercise wise I have done 1h walking 5 times this week, not motivated for a run, today I have also started a new app with a 30 days plan to lose belly fat, so I am hoping the loss next week will be much better! The key is to not give up
71.7 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
