Baru mulai on track lagi dari sejak lebaran mau on track ada aja yg bikin gagal duhhhh! 🙈 jadi bb maju mundur naik turun di 62-63 aja udah syedihhhhh. dan baru menemukan workout yg baru juga pastinya. ayo ayoooo semangat seperti di awal 70kg!
