naikny hanya 0,1 🤣 bersyukur banget deh🤭 terselamatkan karna protein ny🥰 tetap semangat.. kalau bisa bulan ini 60kg.. soalny sebulan ini naik turun di 62 dan 61kg terus.. semangat teman"🤗
