星期日開始 吃好吃滿 不敢TDEE+300,也不敢有氧減少
現在應該要增加體脂(好奢侈的目標☺️☺️ 看體重是有維持,但心裡總是不踏實 這個禮拜完全當一攤肉 不計卡路里不運動:)
