This is good to see after a week long plateau, I have really been struggling lately with cravings and lack of motivation, however I’ve loss a total of 11 pounds prior to tracking on here and 1 pound in a day, so I’m going to keep on keeping on no matter how challenging it is right now, I know it will be worth it in the end to alleviate the current and often persistent back and knee pain.
108.0 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
