so this last week i didn't work out as scheduled but i tried to watch what i ate and not overindulge :) Yes so far so good there's progress :) Happy Tuesday All!!! :)
57.2 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
