干了整整一天家务,把家里能改造的地方统统动了个遍,这大概是改造的第5天了吧。
继续有节制,但有品质有享受的饮食,早上一称,阿欧,又降了。
轻断食+有纪律记录每一份吃进嘴的热量=有效减重。
能忙好这个阶段,开始恢复健身,再提高肌肉和含水量吧,加油啊
