naik 3 kg, semenjak Maret workout jdi kendo 😫😩 yg tdinya bs 4-6x seminggu jd 2-3x seminggu aja 🥺 makan jg banyak kalori kotornya 😟😰 kudu ngumpulin tekad lagi biar balik lbh konsisten ☹️
73 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 13 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
