The first week the weight dropped off, it's been a week and a half now and the scales are not shifting, I've not changed what I was doing, anyone got any ideas?

don't worry. it will come down. first week it's water weight. then actually we start loosing. or stop loosing. he he. try to add little light jogging or walk. or stretches or lunges, squats or in my case Dumbell exercise. every one is different. but if we make some muscle in the body it makes calories burn 24/7. hope you will find what is your exercise.
