This is great, but honestly i don't feel like i made good choices to eat for Lunch. Imagine if I did make good choices I'd definitely be in 124 area. But im not going to beat myself up. I should be proud and keep it up. Scratch that...I AM PROUD...So from this point on I'll Drink my required amount of water and continue to do yoga twice a week. and P90 Mon Wed Fri. Next week will be way easier with the time change I'll have the energy to get up in the morning. Happy Friday All. Stay on track and Consistency is Key :)
