TDEE saya 2155,Dan BMR sya 2100,Kkal yg sya butuhkan per hari brpa ya?

Yakin itu ga salah itung? Masa cuma selisih 55 kal TDEE dan BMR nya? Coba dicek lagi.. contoh kalo di saya, TDEE 1.388, BMR 1.157. Selisih nya 230 an kal.. Jd saya biasa makan di 1.200-1.300. Coba sambil nonton YouTube nya “diet santuy”, nonton dr playlist konsep diet santuy full, nonton urut.. biar ga sesat diet nya & perbanyak ilmu diet dr pakarnya dl, sblom mulai coba2 pake apps ini, biar aman dan sehat buat badan sendiri..
