Lose weight itu nagih ya ternyata. Apalagi kalo dengan cara yang sehat dan ga tersiksa. Dulu pas berat masih 80, target 60 dirasa udah cukup. Pas udah 60, target 55 dirasa udah ideal. Sekarang pas udah 55, targetnya jadi 50 lagi🤣
