weight stayed same over past couple of weeks. Ive been off work since last thursday when the flood still hit, we should be back to work on thursday. I'm thinking positive and saying its a paid mandatory vacation (kinda... been helping friends and family rip up carpets and ripping down wet drywall from the flood).
been eating bad (skipping breakfast and cheap quick meals like pizza and hamburger helper etc). thankful it didnt affect me much.
Anyways gotta get back into the groove - hit the gym today and had a much needed shower (held off as long as possible due to the water strain on the treatment plant from the flood).
