Aku udah 2minggu ini (termasuk skrng) blm workout2 lagi😭. Tp, untungnya makan dikontrol&selalu defkal. Kalian ada yg gtu juga gak, mager wo tp makan selalu di jaga bgt? Pdhl tgl 1agus aku wisuda huhuhu
