Had usual supplements, ate 2 handfuls of blackberries off bush [ I have big hands ]. 4 oz. aloe vera, 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar & tablespoon spirulina with usual work out. Ate about 75 cals. yesterday. Lost 3 lbs. , but probably mostly water weight.
