I’m back with Pilates on Mondays, on top of walking 1-3 miles daily with Daisy. Trying to eat much less at night. Fruit and veggies.
61.2 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
