Not as bad as I thought actually, summertime means eating out and eating often and that is why I wished that I had lost the weigh before this season started, but I didn't and now it's July..... I'll keep better track of things and try again, its a fresh new week with hopefully better results.
70.6 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

No matter what time of year it is, there will always be something going on (winter months have a lot of holidays). Summer is actually a great time to lose weight. I try to be strict during the week, so I can enjoy the weekends more. It's about planning. Tons of fruits and veggies. If you go to a BBQ, bring something you enjoy that will help keep you on track. If I know I'm going to indulge, I get a good workout in before I go. Summer means more activity. The more activity you do, the more calories you burn. Even if you only lose a pound a week this summer, by September, you might be 10 pounds lighter. Grilling is great for the waist. I love kebabs. It's so true. Excuses to eat junk abound- if it's not the winter holidays, then its barbeques, vacations and kids' birthdays. Moving as much as possible helps, but those healthy recipes help even more, thank! I have been noticing that recent research shows that how you eat is a much more effective tool than whether you exercise. It can take about an hour of jogging to burn off a donut, for example. So every bite really counts, keep at it!!
