I am in a funk, not cheating, under calorie and carbs. and yet the loss has come to a stand still. still doing the intermittent fasting of 16-8 not gonna quit but dang it!
93.5 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 21.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sometimes activity levels decrease in response to a caloric deficit. Instead of cutting more calories you can try more activity if possible.

Your body needs time to adjust to losing, and then it will whoosh again

You are showing a loss so it's not a complete standstill? I've been told an actual plateau is when there is no change for a length of time. Have you recalculated your macros? Weigh and measure EVERYTHING? Log everything, even a nibble here and there?
