Have been away for 2 weeks, I had all kind of foods and I didn't say no to nothing!! ice cream, pizza, meat, crisps, carbonated drinks etc, back home today and back on track
72.5 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
