左腳踝腫起來,休息3天沒有去河堤走,在家做點瑜珈跟一些訓練腹部肌力的運動,6月初開始控制體重跟注意飲食,體重從60.9降56,體脂肪33.9降現在31.7(都是一早起來就量測,用歐姆龍體脂機),努力讓體脂肪再降一些,讓自己健康點
