hampir sebulan ga jaga makan (defcal) dan ga olga.. bmr 1200 makan selalu diatas 1800-2000an kkal lebih .. alhasil naik deh sekilo dan ga turun hehehe.. sekarang back on track lagii..
49 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
