雖然昨天一個人吃了半盒costco的酪梨壽司跟鮭魚壽司,但好加在晚上去公園走了兩小時,加上晚餐沒吃,體重沒有增加,還減少了!
68.7 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
