So I weighed myself this morning, I'm back up in the 160s. That really sucks, but I need to just get back to it. I did not do well last night. I didn't really have any healthy food in the house and I didn't feel like cooking. I HAVE to clean out the fridge and pantry. Once I go shopping, this won't be so hard.
Breakfast is applesauce and water. The other options are oj and special k bar again. I think I'll have oj as my mid morning snack.
I got busy and skipped my snack. Lunch today was Green Giant Healthy Vision (carrots, zucchini, and green beans in rosemary butter sauce-it's frickin awesome) and I mixed in some chicken breast. That was only 3 points, so I also had some popcorn and oj. Tonight, I think I'm going to make smart taste pasta with light alfredo and spinach. That's kind of pointy, but I think I have enough today.
