Stayed the same. All I’m doing is trying to maintain so I’m happy with that. My average time on workouts this week = 187min (3 hrs). Not too happy about that since I was almost doubling that but what’s that saying “The best workout you do is the one you actually do” ..... Just going to keep moving forward by not letting this get me down.
Taking a break from counting calories at the moment. But realistically I’m probably only eating healthy 60% of the time. Hubby has been in a baking mood lately and I just can’t resist! 🙈
