中餐後開始失控
自助餐青菜+鮭魚+豆腐麵+半熟麵包
下午五點珍奶+炸雞排
晚上吃冰和牛扎糖
50.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
