Harusnya hari ini hari ke 5 diet GM😂😂 berhubung nanti makan” all you can eat yah apa bole buat semoga ter kontrol😂😂

Diet GM hari ke-5 menunya (daging+sayur+buah)
50 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
