ceritanya nih.. aku diet lagi bulan juli, alhamdulillah sdh turun 2,4 kg, asalnya sih target 1 bulan turun 2 kg aja udah syukur, karena niatnya cm pengen ngecilin lingkar badan yg lumayan glambir, wow.. dietnya santuy menyenangkan, perut tetap kenyang, jd ga berasa dietnya, aku makan di 1.300 kkal ya, jam makan mulai jam 8.00 s/d 18.00, wo nya cm yg ringan ringan sambil rebahan plus angkat dumble yg 6 kg itupun cm 15 menit per hari.. aaah diet tp ga berasa diet..
