kalo cemilan, aku baru beli kemarin milna puff rasa keju, tapi belum di coba, itu kalorinya 60 apa 70 ya lupa, kalo makanan, sup kepiting jagung royco, rendah bgt kalorinya, satubungkus bisa 3porsi , satu porsinya cuma sekitar 50kalori aja, kamu bida kombinasiin lagi pake sayuran atau protein lainnya kaya putih telur, selamat mencoba
