7/30早餐:南瓜饅頭+肉鬆+奶酥醬*2+咖啡
(飲食習慣沒什麼改變只是運動量拉長些,7月底了體重減輕1公斤,終於👇下降,開心撒花🎉🎉🎉)
51.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
