Messed up again. Every time I’m on track. Something upsetting happens, and I’m back to binging. So frustrated at myself. 😭😭 Not been logging calories, decided to drag myself back on track today, and got a rude shock when I checked my weight.
81 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
