Wow! It's amazing how hard two days can be on a body. Last night I did not take my 5.5 mile biking because of being just sooo tired from my first day back on my diet (plus first day back to work). I really needed the rest last night. And boy did I get it. I feel great this morning. Weight's coming back off quickly, and, so long as the weather will allow, I'll be right back on the bike after I get in from work. Yeah!!
