All in all I'm ok with how things are going at the moment. I've been fluctuating a pound or two up or down, but considering I'm getting relatively little true exercise at this time I'm pleased. That too is it's own accomplishment.

I'm one week out from knee surgery. I am both looking forward to it, so I can start moving toward my goal again, but I'm also starting to dread the reality of it and all the logistic issues it's going to present for me and my family. Thankfully, many people have offered to step up and help out. I sure hope they meant it!

Glad to see all the continued progress of everyone. You're all working so hard and making good choices! Keep up all the good work!
