Last two day I’ve been able to go for 2 mile walks which is great since I am recovering from a pretty nasty surgery and can’t really work out at all! The exercise felt amazing! I can’t wait til I can start physical therapy but need the surgeon to consent first. I was given permission for light stretches and minimal 2 pound weight exercises for now but nothing that put any strain on neck/ arm/ back for the time being. It’s a long slow recovery process but will all be worth it in the end... til then I just keep up with the healthy eating and moving as much as I can and hope the weight comes off albeit slowly for now!
100.5 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
