I've been in a bit of a rut lately... A lot of things on my plate that seems to leave me feeling stressed! Miss my husband dearly, won't be seeing him until mid February. Can't wait for this deployment to be over. But I've been doing good on my diet so I will way in again in a week and see how it's helped! Think I need to change my diet up a lil but we'll see!! :)
71.7 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
