At last I’ve hit the 6kg loss , although it seems very slow , I am Mrs text book a steady 1 Kg a week . My exercise has dropped off this is due to genuine illness . I will pick that back up in a few months
93.2 kg Lost so far: 17.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
