Last night was a total splurge. Friend in town and didn't count officially. But on a high note I still lost weight and I wasn't entirely out of control. A few nachos, a half a grilled salmon burger, but too much beer.
92.6 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
