Akhirnya.. Back to this number.. setelah 1 mgu ga apdet, sempat naik ke 67 kg.. up n down ke 66, hari ini balik k 65..Semangat WO lagi. cambuk lagi.. 5 kg's to gooo...
65.8 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
