so i started tracking my intake and eating 5-6 times per day limiting myself to 1400 calories per day and i lost 1.5 lbs last week! gonna keep this going! :)
71.0 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
