puse un peso aproximado ya que no tengo balanza. cómo hacen si no tienen balanza?

Podrías ir a una farmacia preferentemente en ayunas a pesarte con ropa liviana, o la otra opción es medirte con un centímetro lo q sería brazos pecho cintura y cadera para ir controlando los avances!
