well i was expecting worse from my benging episode i guess. but today im deff. doing this fasting thing right! last week's fasting days i did not do so well but that was cauz i fasted from my sleeping till 6pm the next night and only ate 500cals so needless to say i felt shit! hehe. doing what mr @JrKfitness and @WeasyS is doing and feel amped! #thanksguys

Goodluck. It is a lot easier fasting while sleeping. I finish my fast with a workout because I find if you get hungry and you work out your hunger goes away so you can fast a extra 2-3 hours.
