I did not lose this week but more importantly, I did not gain!!

I am thinking about challenging myself to limit sodium intake this week. Thanksgiving is also going to be a challange!
76.0 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
