Setelah coba seminggu break diet, dari 1500kal ke 1800kal. Sekarang back on track lagi ke 1500, kita liat ya masih stuck gak.
61.3 kg Lost so far: 13.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
