Yay! Only increased by a few pounds during my holiday, despite much cider drinking and ice cream eating - and managed to shift the lot this week being back 'on the wagon'. Now to reset my target...
75.5 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
