I was expecting this as I had a bit of a wobble and moment of "I can't do it anymore, it's easier to be fat" but I'm back to it now so hopefully next week will be better
198.7 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 62.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Keep it up pal. 2 and a bit years ago I was 202kg now I’m 81.5kg. It’s feckin hard, you can lose it if you stick at it. It soon becomes a way of life. I love looking at my old clothes, I was a 56” plus waist but now I’m a 32”. T-shirt’s and jackets were a tight 5xl now a size large. Please stick with it. I’ve also went from 5 tablets a day for hypertension and atrial fribulation to no tablets whatsoever. Just want it! Fix those wings and fly again. 👍

Thanks guys. I'm back on the diet and doing my best to stick to it and resist the old treats and falling back into bad habits. Just got to summon my will power again but I'll get there 🙂

I ignored the scales for 6 weeks. I'm up 4lb as well. New start, had my "I'm fed up with this". Now back on it. Go do it .x
