出遊五天回來的體重
這次出門有刻意多吃菜先吃菜,早上起床都有先排便💩
但天氣熱又被吃素的約制,確實沒有餐餐吃很飽

早餐10:30 薯泥培根可頌🥐+大熱拿
中餐 科減
牛扎糖*2
晚餐 節瓜、生菜+婆婆炒蜆、娃娃菜幾口、炸麻糬芋泥2/3顆、
51.8 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
