Weight in day and nice to see l am going in the right direction. I will do a few tweaks here and there to get a bit more out of it.
109.8 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks peat_68. Quite new to it all so it’s a steep learning curve for me. I am hoping it will get better/easier as the weeks pass.
