I've found that I'm able to lose weight easier since I stopped eating all those 'diet' lunches - even the Weight Watchers ones! It seems the weight comes off so much easier now that I'm eating natural foods. I've even had hotdogs and we all know how bad those are for you, but I can't resist a Smith's hot dog. I'm hoping to be down to 275 by my birthday (August 16) and I didn't think I could do it, but I just might be able to now.
