this weekend was up at our cabin where we are disconnected from the internet, tv so missed my weigh in so will do in the morning I am expecting a gain as I didnt do much other than relaxe and eat.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
