Awesome week last week. I definitely cut down how much I ate. The best part is that I had no alcohol nor sweets (my usual downfall) and gee wiz it worked
74.8 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
