Hi Keith, great to see you are going well and that you have kept the fitness. It's been a long time, last time we were in contact was when you went to climb Mt Kinabalu or some other mountain. Keep up the great work. Me on the other hand have slid down the slippery slope so have to do it all over again.

Carried 18kgs the length of the Inca trail to Machu Picchu since Kinabalu hahaha.
Thinking about taking 6 months next year to sail to Vietnam and climb Fansipan

Wow, that's an achievement, I should have stayed the course then as I got to my target body weight and added a few activities to keep me fit. Climbing is fun when your fit but sailing takes a whole new toll on the body especially if you do not have sea legs. I regularly fish offshore reefs for Snapper and Red Emperor and some days I come out worse for wear, could not imagine more than 2 weeks.

IV not been on deep seas for along time but like riding a bike. Fansipan looks like a tonne of fun to summit. I'm taking a riggers course soon for afew reasons one is climbing and the other is for bedroom antics bahahaha but will open up a tonne of options on new summits once I'm more educated about safely suspending myself and others
